Description
This course begins with the study of roles and functions of teams and committees and the dynamics or group interaction. The development of good communication and leadership skills and studied and practiced. This module finishes with the review and development of orientation and training programs, process improvement and the concepts governing management of personnel. The second module of the course focuses on the budget process and the revenue cycle and the monitors required to maintain the budget and a healthy revenue cycle. (Hybrid class)
