Labouré College has three applications. Identify which program you would like to apply for, and select the appropriate application in the Application box below.

Radiation Therapy Program Application update:
As of 6/14/19, the Fall 2020 professional course cohort has been filled. 
Applicants who apply now may - if accepted - begin general education courses in any term, but should be aware that the next available professional cohort start date is Fall 2021.

Applications for Spring 2020 are currently available; however, please note that applications for the Associate of Science in Nursing program will be considered for the Summer 2020 or Fall 2020 semester(s) at this time.
 
Spring and Summer 2020 are considered part of academic year 2019-2020. Fall 2020 is housed in academic year 2020-2021. Please be sure to select the correct academic year and term on your application.

General Application
    Transfer Applicants: Associate in Science in Nursing Application  
   

Fill out this application if you have any college level background, and would like to apply for the Associate of Science in Nursing program to become a Registered Nurse (RN).

    High School Applicants: Associate in Science in Nursing Application  
   

Fill out this application if you are currently enrolled in high school, or have graduated from high school/received an equivalency or GED and have never attended college, and would like to apply for the Associate of Science in Nursing program to become a Registered Nurse (RN).

    Any Applicant: RN-to-BSN and All Other Health Sciences Programs Application  
   

Fill out this application if you would like to apply to any of the following programs:

  • Associate of Science in Radiation Therapy

Fill out this form ONLY if you are an alumni of the Labouré College Associate of Science in Nursing program, looking to transition into the RN-BSN program.

Becoming a Labouré student is easy!

1. Apply for Admission

  • Select which application is right for you
  • Fill out your application
  • Submit your non-refundable application fee of $25.00
  • Submit your official high school transcripts (transfer students may submit a copy of your transcript, or diploma)
  • Submit your official college transcripts (if applicable)

2. Apply for Financial Aid
  • Financial Aid can help you pay for tuition and fees, books and other costs associated with college. Apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov today! Labouré's school code is 006324.
3. Some new students will be asked to take a placement exam. 
  • Accepted students who are required to take the placement exam will be notified in their acceptance packet and via email.
