Description
This practicum emphasizes continued development of technical skills used in testing patients in a variety
of clinical settings. Clinical experience will assist students in critical thinking and in the application of
newly attained theory. Clinical experience will focus on practicing patient-centered care in accordance
with the ethical and legal framework of the neurodiagnostic profession to ensure the highest standards of
practice. Experience in more advanced skill areas, such as special care units and the operating room, may
be included.
