This exam blueprint guide provides the number of questions per topic area on each exam this semester.

Here is a copy similar to what was passed out in class.  Please read prior to these activities.

The teaching brochure is an opportunity to experience the role of nurse as patient educator and to work within a peer group framework.

Student groups should be no more than 3 or 4 students. All students must work in a group format. Please submit group names and the Learning Module medication to J. Hatch prior to 1-27-2015.

The medication must be from any one of the Learning Modules within NUR 1020.

Student roles and responsibilities in the group process may include: research, creative teaching strategies, brochure design (illustrations), final reader …

The brochure is to be informative, focused and age appropriate to the target (healthcare problem) population.

Each group will present their brochure on 2-10-15. Presentations should last for 5 minutes.
