Description
This course is an introduction to basic structure and operation of healthcare services in the United States. Emphasis is placed on quality of healthcare and error reduction to improve patient safety.
Prerequisites: All 3000 level NUR courses. A minimum of 6 months of nursing experience, or permission from the Assistant Chair of the RN-BSN program.
