Please review the instructions below for applying to the Associate in Science in Nursing program.

Labouré College of Healthcare has three applications. Identify which program you would like to apply for, and select the appropriate application in the Application box below.

 

 

General Application

Fill out this application if you have any college level background, and would like to apply for the Associate of Science in Nursing program to become a Registered Nurse (RN).

Fill out this application if you are currently enrolled in high school, or have graduated from high school/received an equivalency or GED and have never attended college, and would like to apply for the Associate of Science in Nursing program to become a Registered Nurse (RN).

Fill out this application if you would like to apply to any of the following programs:

 

  • Associate of Science in Health Science
  • Associate of Science in Radiation Therapy
  • Associate of Science in Respiratory Care
  • BSN for RNs: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program for current RNs
  • Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration
  • Certificate in Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM)
  • Certificate in Neurodiagnostic Technology (NDT)
  • Certificate in Electrocardiology  (EKG)
  • Certificate in Phlebotomy

Fill out this form ONLY if you are an alumni of the Labouré College of Healthcare Associate of Science in Nursing program, looking to transition into the RN-BSN program.

Becoming a Labouré student is easy!

1. Apply for Admission

  • Select which application is right for you
  • Fill out your application
  • Submit your non-refundable application fee of $25.00
  • Submit your official high school transcripts (transfer students may submit a copy of your transcript, or diploma)
  • Submit your official college transcripts (if applicable)

2. Apply for Financial Aid
  • Financial Aid can help you pay for tuition and fees, books and other costs associated with college. Apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov today! Labouré's school code is 006324.
3. Some new students will be asked to take a placement exam. 
  • Accepted students who are required to take the placement exam will be notified in their acceptance packet and via email.
