Register for January Semester Now!

Hello Class!

It’s hard to believe this semester is rapidly drawing to a close!  You’ve all been working hard and will enjoy the rest and rejuvenation that the holidays can bring.

I’ve noticed that most of you haven’t registered for classes for next semester.  Registration opened on Nov. 2, so please take a few moments to self-register on the eLearning website.

If you are most likely going to successfully complete all your courses this semester, you can find a complete semester by semester breakdown of the classes you need in the College Catalog and Handbook.

If you are not sure you’ll successfully complete all your courses this December, please contact Jackie Polito at Jacquelyn_polito@laboure.edu.  Jackie will advise you for which courses you should register.

It continues to be a pleasure working with you!

Time Management

Time Management:

Efficiently managing your time is a critical aspect for success in this course.  Visiting eLearning several times a week is necessary.

Here is a sample to help you get in the rhythm of things, hope you find this helpful!   Studying for an hour several times a week helps you retain the information better than studying for 5 hours once a week.  In other words, study in short bursts instead of trying to cram it all in in one day.  Take handouts with you to your clinical site and study during downtime.
