HCP0950 Foundations for Health Care - This course is designed as a prerequisite to the general education and professional studies courses at Labour? College. The following are incorporated to ensure transition into the rigorous demands of being a health care professional: time management and organizational skills; critical thinking skills; note taking and study skills; communication skills; computer and Internet-use skills. Additionally, common medical terms and disease processes are presented along with understanding of body systems.
