Becoming a Labouré student is easy!

1. Apply for Admission

  • Submit your non-refundable application fee of $25.00
  • Submit your official high school transcripts (transfer students may submit a copy of your transcript, or diploma)
  • Submit your official college transcripts (if applicable)
  • Submit official ATI TEAS Version 7 scores (if applicable)

2. Apply for Financial Aid
  • Financial Aid can help you pay for tuition and fees, books and other costs associated with college. Apply online today! Labouré's school code is 006324.
3. Some applicants will be required to take the ATI TEAS Version 7 exam for admission.
4. Applicants with non-US transcripts will be required to demonstrate proof of English Language Proficiency.

General Application

Fill out this form ONLY if you are a graduate (or are in the process of completing) of one of the Associate of Science programs (Health science, Nursing, Radiation Therapy, and Respiratory Care) at the Labouré College of Healthcare, looking to transition into the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration (BSHCA) program.

If you are not a Labouré College of Healthcare Associate of Science program graduate, please fill out the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration (BSHCA) application.

Fill out this application if you would like to apply for the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration program.

Fill out this form ONLY if you are a graduate of the Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program at the Labouré College of Healthcare, looking to transition into the RN-BSN program. If you are not a Labouré College of Healthcare ASN graduate, please fill out the RN-BSN (Non-Alum) application.

Fill out this application if you would like to apply for the RN-BSN program and have not graduated from the Labouré College of Healthcare Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program.

Fill out this application if you would like to apply for the Associate of Science in Health Science program.

Fill out this application if you would like to apply for the Associate of Science in Nursing program to become a Registered Nurse (RN).

Fill out this application if you would like to apply for the Associate of Science in Nursing (LPN-RN Advanced Placement) program to become a Registered Nurse (RN). Applicants are required to have an active LPN license and share the license number on the application.

Fill out this application if you would like to apply for the Associate of Science in Respiratory Care program.

Fill out this application if you would like to apply for the Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) Certificate program.

Fill out this application if you would like to apply for the Neurodiagnostic Technology (NDT) Certificate program.

Fill out this application if you would like to apply for the EKG Certificate or the Phlebotomy Certificate.  Financial Aid is not available.

Fill out this readmission application if you previously attended Labouré College of Healthcare and you want to earn readmission to the same academic program from which you stopped enrollment. If you want to enroll in a new academic program, please fill out the appropriate academic program application.

The Admissions Office processes applications for the desired start term. If you make a mistake on the application and want to enroll in a different start term, you must email the Admissions Office (admissions@laboure.edu) with your intended start term after you submit your application. Please do not submit a second application.

For academic programs that require clinical placement (e.g., Neurodiagnostic Technology Certificate, Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Certificate, and Respiratory Care) in advance of acceptance, the Admissions Office will roll applications to the next available start if the desired start term is not available. Applicants will be notified when their application is rolled to a future start term.

If you were previously enrolled at Labouré and want to return to the same academic program, please submit a Readmission application.

If you are currently enrolled at Labouré and want to add an EKG or Phlebotomy Certificate, do not submit a new admissions application for the EKG/Phlebotomy Certificate. Instead, please complete the Change or Add a Major Request Form for Matriculated Students.

Academic Program Cost Sheets are available on the Labouré website under each academic program (Admissions & Tuition header). All academic programs are eligible for financial aid except the EKG and Phlebotomy Certificate.
